In connection to the project M18 progress meeting, on 23 February 2024 the partners visited the Bondeno site. This site has been selected as one of the three high-level test field sites of SoMMet, see: TEST FIELD SITES. On this site, a combination of CRNS (cosmic-ray neutron sensing) sensor and point-scale soil moisture senors is deployed in an agricultural setting (farm with walnut orchards) with a controlled drip irrigation system.
